Does anyone know of a good portafilter holder for the caravel? It keeps tipping on me. Also, as a public service announcement, it appears as if Brooks Espresso will soon be offering filter baskets and drip trays for the caravel. I was pretty excited hearing this.

I upended an Aeropress funnel to hold the bowl and a plastic Norpro canning funnel to prop up the handle.

its so tiny. i can hold the filter holder in my palm and use the other hand to pour the grinds (from paper cup) and light tamps.
i pour the coffee in small portions and light tamp 2-3 times. i don't do hard tamp.

Thanks for all the advice. May try to make something ceramic vs 3d printing. Not a huge problem but I've had a few annoying spills when loading via my hand grinder...

Same here. I use an OE dosing funnel and firm taps against a hockey puck to load the baskets before popping them back in the PF.grog wrote:I just prep the basket outside of the PF.
