I'm not a lever aficionado, but happened by Cafe Vita in Fremont (Seattle area) and had a shot pulled on the big 5-group Bosco. They weren't real busy so the barista let me come around back and watch. Felt a little like stepping back in time, save for the laptop users. I think it was a bit hot, as the Del Sol blend tasted a little on the charcoal side, but nice experience anyway.

Went in there myself (sans camera -- sorry) on Sunday, 3/8 and had a very tasty straight shot off the BOSCO . . . .

Here's a couple shots of a barista pulling a shot on Bosco. Told me they even sell single group models. Cell phone photo's, so quality is iffy. Today's shot was better. They were busy and the groups were running a bit cooler, I think. The barista also remembered the guys from Slayer in there pulling shots to get a feel for a lever machine.

GEEEEZZ what a lucky girl. 5 levers......Can't say I care for the brass trim too much but still an interesting machine. Thanks for the pics.

You have to search a bit, but on the Cafe Vita website, they have a short video of a visit to the manufacturer.
