New 2-group Futurmat Palanca should be available around $2000 in the US. That is dirt cheap for a new machine - less than half the cost of the Palanca. I know a seller in Germany who has one second-hand for about 1000 USD, but the shipping would be a problem.
I have not used a Futurmat, so I can't comment on any aspect of quality. Uses a pretty standard Rossi-type group and is an HX machine, and performance should be predictable. A two-group commercial machine is going to take up a lot of counter space and have a lot of boiler to heat. Do you really need one for home use?
