My first post here after deciding to equip myself for espresso...
Found this machine on the local swiss auction site. Had never seen it before for and can't find any info on the interweb.
its labeled as you can see from the photo Alfred Meyer, Arbon
Anyone ever seen it...
The seller says that unfortunately the piston is missing. Since I have no idea if that would be replacable i thought i would put it out to you all...
The price aint bad if i can fix it easily...
Thanks
G

For home lever espresso machines, orphanespresso might be the only place to start for spare parts.

For those living in Europe, I recommend contacting Pasmarose for spare Ponte Vecchio parts.Bluecold wrote:For home lever espresso machines, orphanespresso might be the only place to start for spare parts.

Hi Dan,
Are you suggesting that the La Romana shares components with the Ponte Vecchio Lusso?
It would be good news if it did obviously...

Well, if it doesn't, it's a scary look-alike.
