Hi Tom,
When you get one of those out, you can take it to a hardware store that carries metric sizes and compare the thread pitch and diameter. That will tell you. You can also measure thread pitch and diameter and look it up that way. The stainless I got was marine grade. (Added: A4 is the harder marine grade stainless steel.) Less than that started to rust. Also I slather those things with Loctite food-safe anti-seize compound.

Assuming your machine uses the same hardware as mine, They are M8x1.25 (same on each end). You can measure the end sticking out. It would be very odd for the other end to be of a different thread.
