Here at Paradise, there is always something new going on. We are constantly working on new espressos, tasting new origin coffees, and running experiments that are never made public.

This secrecy is going to change with Paradise Labs. Check here regularly to learn how Paradise stays on the cutting edge and for opportunities to purchase extremely limited coffee offerings. And by extrememly limited, we mean less than 10 lbs available.

Our El Salvador La Montana and Finca La Lainez , the COE #6, were both given scores of 92 this month from Ken Davids of Coffee Review! The La Montana review stated "Deep floral and sweet citrus aroma with hints of toast. Well-integrated acidity, with medium body and a silky mouthfeel. Complex yet delicate flavor notes include cherry, citrus, flowers and muted nut, with a long syrupy sweet finish."
