Ten Espresso Commandments

1. You got to pay to play. You can only drink the swill with the low bill.
2. Fresh beans are the must, Illy ain't illy and pre-ground is just plain silly.
3. Titanic conical is what you need, unless you roll with the M3.
4. HX, Lever or DB, sooner or later you'll buy all three.
5. Mano makes machines click, no mystery, cheap ones make good shots like winning the lottery.
6. Weigh your doses, said Moses, to get close to god shot, everyone's Gordian knot.
7. Go naked to see true lies, make sure you protect your eyes.
8. If you can't get the "tamp" right, give up the fight, you ain't doing it right.
9. You need to be OCD to play, don't worry, here that's okay.
10. By any means, roast your own beans, only then you can say coffee is in your genes.
