So much for my street cred

I ran out of coffee. I thought I had enough Cuvee Dead Fingers to last, but I didn't. So I ordered some Metropolis Redline, which I love. But it won't arrive until Friday.

So I picked up some Lavazza Super Crema. Ya know what? I didn't hate it! Tomorrow mornin' I'mma make a latte to go. So there!

make it an iced mocha, and remember to foam the milk a bit for texture and sweetness.

Ooo! That sounds like a good idea. I don't make mochas often but I do enjoy them. Thanks!

There is something appealing about the blue and silver packaging. It promises so much!

Try a few other Italian espresso blends. Not as bad commonly described.

I'm traveling to Cinque Terre in a couple of weeks, gonna stop by Pisa as well. Looking forward to trying some real italian espresso and cappuccino!

LOL

You know, if you're in a pinch, we have local roasters in Houston too. Check out Catalina Coffee Company on Washington at Taylor (Amaya Roasters), and Greenway Coffee (bottom floor of Greenway 5), also online in town are Doddcoffee.com and Hopsoncoffee.com

Hope you'll let us know about it here on on riktigtkaffe?

I get CaffeMusetti at Willy's for the refreshingly low price of ~120 SEK/kg.

I could n't find any cafes certified by the Instituto Nazionale Espresso in Cinque Terre, but in Pisa there is Bar Amadeus, Via Giusti, 6/4, which gets good reviews. Apparently it's just off the main square.

Edit: Sarzana near Cinque Terre, on the way to Pisa Sarzana Caffè Via Gramsci, 58
