How are you then interpreting the results ? Many of the main effects show no significant differences, and relatively few of the post hoc tests show an advantage of glucose or the combination of glucose and caffeine (and several of these involve post-hoc interpretations in the absence of main effects). Even if the results ultimately prove reliable, I'm not sure that I would give up eating breakfast and switch from espresso to cafe mocha to gain 50-80 milliseconds of simple reaction time 30 minutes later.
