No wonder it doesn't taste quite right...

This would be the office coffee service from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Also please note the manufacturing and expiration dates.

So glad I have my Caravel Ursula sitting at my desk with a hand grinder and my own beans.

First degree coffee abuse. It should be criminal, anyway!

A year?! Wow! That's the longest "Best by" date that I've seen. Most will say 7 or 8 months.

I'm also questioning the "MFG", wouldn't RST (roast) or GRD (grind) be more appropriate? I'm willing to give these big guys a little leeway, since most people buying their products probably don't care too much about the coffee, but manufactured? I think that's taking a bit too much credit.

I'm just wondering who ordered 'Fench (sp) Roast'...why not 'Brasillyan'?

The Fench roast is one of those that requires the aging of 3-18 days to develop the mold spores, as seen in that recent video. Go ahead, give it a try and report back.....if you survive.

roasted fench is tasty. try them with garlic and rosemary. the only problem is you have to eat so many of these tiny birds. those small bones are hard to clean out.

maybe thats why they are just ground up whole.

mmm fench burgers anyone?
