Its not bad for what it is. It has its faults, but in general it produces a decent grind. Its no Macap or Mazzer, and the difference was INSTANTLY obvious when I bought one of those, but if you simply don't have the coin for the Macap its not a bad machine for $200.
BTW, while it says it has "9" settings, it is in fact stepless and has a worm gear dial to set the grind.
