I have a bottomless portafilter from Rancilio that i'm using on my Duetto. I bought a beautiful wooden handle to replace the old plastic one. The only problem is the new handle has a 12mm stud while my stock portafilter was a 10mm thread. Any solution short of returning or ordering a new wooden handle? Will I have to tap out the thread on the portafilter?
