My Latest La Cimbali Acquisition

I'm sure this is no longer up on the website, since their deals change by the minute, but look what I just snagged for my bike rides!

Castelli LaCimbali Jersey - Men's
Cycling and espresso--the finer things in life.

Description:

Back in the early '40s, when world-renowned Espresso machine manufacturer LaCimbali was Castelli's primary sponsor, you would have seen team riders wearing a jersey very similar to the Men's LaCimbali Jersey. But we guarantee this limited edition jersey packs way more tech and performance than those original ones. The LaCimbali Jersey breathes well and wicks moisture to keep you cool and comfortable in the saddle. Back pockets provide plenty of space and a full zip provides lots of ventilation. A slightly looser fit means you'll feel comfortable wearing this specialty jersey into the cafe for a mid-ride espresso.

Your subject line had me going for a minute. I assumed you had taken the logical next step and bought the company.

I'll consider it.

These guys get things done; even the bike jersey is UL listed

Your implied dig at LM is misplaced. LM is not going for ordinary U.S./Canada UL approval, but for Intergalactic UL certification, so that future generations of space travelers will be able to enjoy the benefits of the GS3 throughout the universe.

In my world, cyclists are frequently coffee junkies as well. Thought you all might appreciate this:

Steepandcheap.com is an unruly stepchild of backcountry.com (I believe it is not the only one). In any event, they are the same company. When something appears on steepandcheap.com it is considerably cheaper than on the mother ship website. I paid <$72 for two of these jerseys, including the shipping.
