Might I suggest the artist of the original image be given the opportunity of granting permission for modification and use of their artwork? Intellectual property and all that?

Make sure if you got it that you print it with a "animated Gif" printer, very hard to find.....

They keep them right beside the cable stretchers and bit buckets to catch the memory leaks.
