I would file a formal complaint as the majority of modern equipment is designed for 120vAC and +/-5%. Now if is electronics such as computers & TVs they may be OK on 95vAC and above. The air conditioner and other motor loads are not going to be happy with 110vAC and less is worse. If you have a complaint on file you may be able to get monetary assistance from insurance when things fail with an abnormally short service life.
