La Marzocco 80th Anniversary Book

Any suggestions on sources for this book? I just tried to buy it from the LM website, but the book plus the LM History came to something like 60 Euros and shipping (to Australia) was another 75 Euros, which I just cannot bring myself to pay. LM's shipping costs are clearly structured around delivering machinery, not little things like books.

You check with your version of ESI (the North American LM distributor) in Australia?

I'll try Allpress during the week, but I am not very optimistic.

The woman I spoke to was very nice, but she suggested I buy it from the LM website. EUR76 is USD110 or AUD124, which is a lot of shipping for two books.
