Fresh Cup has an interesting piece on Signature Drinks: The Ipsento Latte - a little coconut, a little dairy.

That's what wearing espresso blinders gets me -- I go to Ipsento a lot, but never heard of this

I've only had it once, but I recommened asking them to go easy on the cayenne simply because it distracts from the other ingredients just slightly too much.
My plan of attack? 1 quick espresso, and a signature drink or cappa' to sip while I read.
If your tiny coffee is so great, then why don't you drink more of it?

Thanks for the link! Lately I've been into using coconut oil as a substitute for other oils in cooking. Now I can use coconut in my latte's as well and continue the reduction in use of milk. :D

I had to cut out dairy from my diet and looked long and hard for a replacement for the cream and milk I used with my espresso. I've found the So Delicious brand Coconut Milk Creamer to have a very neutral taste. I use it in place of half and half.

Do you steam it or just add it straight to espresso?

I add the coconut milk creamer strait to espresso.

For steaming, the best I have found is Pacific Natural Foods Barista Series Almond Original. It makes a cappuccino that is pretty darn good.
