I am still learning so every time I order greens from SM I get a couple pounds each of an espresso blend, something I know and like as Press Pot, and the 8 pound Sampler.

I haven't started a proper log yet but I am starting to get the feel for the regions and a little bit for blending.

About every 3-4 months I order a pound or two from Intelli, Counter Culture or somewhere.
I have 8 methods to make coffee and growing.

Roast ~250gram per batch 2 to 3 times per week. Depending on resting time, SO or blends I change coffees every other to every 3rd day. No set schedule. Just change if it is an option and if I feel like changing coffees.
