2 to 4 most days, and if I work at home (once a week on average) or am starting on a new blend (once a week on average) 4 to 8, in each case counting doubles and triples as one if prepared in a single pour.
For myself, 3-4 ristrettos, one macchiato/day (6 days/week). For my spouse, 1-2 caps. For guests, one or two doubles a few times a week. (Also, occasional cupping with friends.)
4 to 8 Singles - pulled from Giotto double basket PF. Served two singles at a time, no sugar. 2-4 times a day depending on the day. (Sugars for Nonnas and Nonnos)
