Sub-Molecular grind going there. May want to loosen that up a bit.

Yes, the sugar issue was not addressed much here. I like mine very sweet. After heating my cup by microwaving it with water in it. Then wiping it out with a piece of paper towel I then put an entire teaspoon of sugar in it. Demerera sugar to be exact. Then I let my Gaggia Classic do it's stuff right over the sugar. Hey--it all depends on your taste. There's no one way to enjoy espresso!
