Let me say first off that I am NOT a quitter. All I know is that I really need at least one shot first thing or I will have a pounding headache and a foul mood all day. It's pretty remarkable to me how powerful this addiction is. On those few occasions when I've failed to get my morning fix and had to wait until afternoon, as soon as I finally get some coffee in me, I feel much better. It amazes me how quickly it works.
