I tried to email Mary once and learned later that it went into a spam filter....like others I've called them many times without trouble....a genuine human being actually answers the phone!! They are absolutely tops with customer service

Here is my 2 cents : there are other supportive vendors, but I have never found anyone (in any business) who is more committed to customer service and customer satisfaction than Chris Natchrieb....and his organization reflects that from order taking and processing to after sales service and support.

Sounds like there may be a glitch in the email communication, but if you call on them they will respond.

I got busy for a bit today & have since heard back from Mary.
Also great to see Chris post here.

Looks like I know what I'm doing! Just need to iron out a few details.
Quite satisfied now as expected, initial post was just out of confusion.

Sounds like you're already on the way, so this may be redundant.

Chris Coffee provides outstanding service.

I've dropped beaucoup thousands of dollars there, have spent time on the phone with Chris and the techs learning all sorts of stuff, avoiding idiot mistakes, and making my coffee and coffee-setup better. After doing a substantial amount of research on espresso machines, I called Chris with a short list of two machines. But after talking to Mary, chose something which cost less and suits me perfectly. I know how she knew the machine, but how could she read me so well?

Add my bouquet to all the others.

Phone with questions and an open mind. Give them the chance to listen to you and interact. It's what they do best. The worst that can happen is that you end up with whatever it is you wanted in the first place.

Did I mention the outstanding service?
