Merci Louis pour ces traductions

Bienvenue!

I don't like the concept of "traductions", as I'm pretty sure native French espresso terminology exists/existed, but all the third wave coffee concepts seems to be born in English, hence a need I saw in providing a reference glossary.

I've subscribed to planetcafé.fr but didn't take the time yet to peruse through the forums and see what I can learn from it / contribute to it.

It does seem strange to me, a native "francophone", to feel like a newbie in "French espresso" terminology... I certainly don't want to impose wrongly assumed translations...

By all means, if you know better wording / more commonly used terminology, please tell me and I will adapt what I've collected here. :)
