Paper filtered espresso is old hat here but nice to see commercial-types having a look-in.

Glad to see others try the experiment and see what I noticed: increased extraction rates. :D

Yeah that's quite interesting. I use a lever machine so there was likely variability in technique depending on how it felt.

Intrinsic to the wonderful advantages offered by a lever!
Just got a Strega last week-I'll give it a "shot" with filters.
