Hey ajo,

I did some research on that and it seems that the heritage might be connected to the word "kaffi" (old Swedish version of "kaffee" which means "coffee"). More in episode 3: https://vimeo.com/169461845

Hey there,

The final episode will be released two weeks after the 5th episode, instead of just one. So it'll be about three more days.

I was attending World of Coffee in Dublin last week and filming for Team Sweden (Steven Moloney competed in WBC + Coffee Throwing, Anne Lunell in Brewer's, Klas Rehn in Aeropress). Hence, I didn't get around to finish up the last episode.
