Very nice.

It's a shame that Sweet Maria's won't ship outside of the US.

At the moment, my favorite cappuccino cups are the Terrakeramik. They are perfectly sized for a good ratio of espresso to milk for my taste. However the smaller size makes it hard for me to pour good latte art.Image

I would send them a note: nationalsupport@intelligentsiacoffee.com.

A friend just gave me two of these cups, but the saucers are now white with a little star on them. I think I like the new ones better, but it isn't too important to me as I'm often too lazy to use the saucer. I don't know if the old saucers are still an option or not. The cups are fantastic. They are just the right size/shape for a small milk drink (but at least on my lever way too big for straight espresso).

We were only given one at first and my wife and I always fought over who got it on the rare occasions when we both wanted milk drinks (I'm mostly straight espresso and she is mostly milk).

I got that same combo a year or two ago during a promotion as a freebie. Use it all the time.

I have a couple of the Espresso Monkey cups as well. They have all held up quite nicely.

The double wall stainless that come with some of the Breville machines are really nice, the right size, and only prone to dents and scratches at the most. Check the out on this Canadian site. I'd bet that you could probably get Breville's Parts or Customer Service departments to figure out how to get you one, or a pair.

I'm looking for the perfect cup and have really enjoyed this topic. For me, white porcelain with a rounded bottom and a top edge that's not so thick that I dribble the last couple micro-ounce of coffee down my chin. Sounds like many folks liked the quality of Illy cups formerly made by Rosenthal (high quality, classic style), so I looked for plain white cups by that company. Closest I found was the TAC 02 line, which is pretty nice. A bit square handled and a little pricy (about $25-30 range without the saucer). Here it is on Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/Rosenthal-TAC-Aft..._pack_i_16

Turns out a company that seems to be associated with Rosenthal in Germany is Konitz. They are mainly into higher quality porcelain promotional type coffee cups, but have a line of cups called "coffee bar by Konitz":

They seem to have some heft, but not overly thick on the lip relative to say ACF or IPA in Italy, and the price seems about right. Does anybody have any experience with Konitz coffee cups? I sure appreciate your opinions!

Thanks, Steve (in sunny Rochester MN)

I'm a big fan of Rattleware. Their 6 oz is great for a double cap. A couple of the shops around town use them and I always notice when I pick one up. Not too pricey either. www.rattleware.com. They just have a pdf catalog on their site but you can mail order them pretty easily.

I own the blue, bowl shaped espresso cups. I love them. Bowl or nothing for me!
