Over the past couple days discovered a new art form. Technique is relatively simple. Just poorly dose & distribute, use a bottomless portafilter and pull a dose. Have been creating some interesting patterns on the counter. Need to get a hold of some white primed canvas. Hmm.. a new art form?

Real cold dry air outside and wood-burner running inside has resulted in the house RH dropping significantly over the last few days. Not sure how much of a factor the RH is. Since the singles seem not to be ok most pulls and the doubles are sad it is probably operator vs. RH that is the major problem. Humidifier is on, WDT time and hope for the best.
