I thought the same thing! His reasoning was off base (paraphrased "It's difficult to maintain the proper brew pressure." Huh?). That was only seconds before he spoke glowingly of the super-auto.
I thought his shot pulling was a bit lack luster. I think most of us would have dumped his shots in the sink.
Well, he did grimace when he downed that espresso.
