You could use a regular shelf unit, wood or shelves mounted on a wall, with the saucer hung behind it using these (size A fits most saucers):

But any flat display shelf, of sufficient depth would work if you hang the saucer on the wall or backing. Alternatively, look for a teacup display shelf that has a plate rack at the back (small slot carved for the plate to sit in, or an applied rail that the plate sits behind, so it doesn't slide forward)
