I wonder if it really ground the coffee. I would not think the servos had enough power to turn that crank with beans in the hopper. The hand grinders I have used took a fair amount of strength to turn with beans in the burrs. Cool video.

I have one of those grinders (mine has the nickle-plated hopper)- It's an Elna, made in Spain, and I agree that the robot would be lifted off the table when the burrs get packed with beans.
