Clearly this situation won't resolve this way for everyone, but the folks at WLL sent me a set of burrs from a "lightly used" demo machine that were then cleaned and appear in perfect condition, plus a pound of their Monaco Espresso blend, at no charge. (Who can argue with free burrs?) :wink:

Again, we all know that WLL can't fix every problem this way for everybody, but I give them credit for taking time to call me and discuss the issues, (presumably) addressing the shortcomings of staff and their internal procedures, and resolving the problem to my satisfaction.
