Curious cups

Postby jedovaty on Mon Oct 03, 2011 5:17 pm

Several months ago, I did some searching to find my perfect cups (always liked something colorful, but not overly crazy priced), and found numerous comments on ikea cups for both espresso and other drinks. I never liked what I saw; however, this weekend I was there looking for some ideas on a different project, and saw this little children's tea/coffee set - $10, and it comes with 4, pastel colored mini-latte cups. They were of solid quality, and seemed to be perfect sized for espresso. Called Duktig.

Just thought others might be interested.

Cute cups. Did you pick up a set?

No, I already have enough stuff, but I would've if I hadn't had this set since I like color (the plain white or glass ones are dull to me, and those fancy ones from that one vendor are too pricey)

Kids do indeed get the best espresso cups. I've got a child's tea set that contains super cool single-shot cups.
EDIT!
In action:

They are bright red in reality, but the integrated HTC Trophy camera lacks an infrared filter which makes the reds look pinkish.
