Contacting Orphan Espresso

Postby Richard on Sun Jun 19, 2011 9:35 am

With apology for this public post, Orphanespresso, how does one contact you? Between May 20, 2011, and June 17, 2011, I have:

  • Sent a note via your website "contact us" form
  • Sent multiple e-mails over approximately a 10-day period
  • Faxed a copy of the e-mail to the fax number published on your website
  • And most recently sent one last e-mail, this time with a different subject line

There has been no response from you. I'm puzzled. Thanks in advance for letting me know how to contact you for assistance with an Olympia matter.

I'm in the same boat.
I'm sure they're busy but the silence has been deafening...

I have a full cart, but it's been hard to proceed to checkout as I'm waiting to find out if I can get a couple special items.

I suspect they're on holiday.

I've had the occasional delay of over the past few years, and once had a message go unanswered, but Doug and Barb are usually very prompt.

Whatever the case, their service is well worth waiting for...

Cheers

Doug has been know to have occasional industrial size plumbing related volcanic explosions in the past. I expect he's up to his neck in something like that and Barb is busy throwing him the lifesaver. Agree with Mike. It's well worth the wait.

Got to be the reason Doug wears his Tyvek coveralls! Do have to say I really like the "OE" sticker he has on it. That's cool.

I'd agree with everyone here so far... They're typically very responsive to email (within 24 hours), but it's been longer lately. Pharos has been good to them - and I'm happy for that. Doug and Barb are it at OE, and right now, I'm guessing both are on deck building grinders.

Be patient, and you'll hear back.

I finally did hear back, got the info I needed and placed the order, but it was frustrating to see it taking so long without even a "we got your email but are swamped; please stand by"

That said, I can't wait for my order to show up :-D
