Sometimes it's about making espresso, sometimes about making money. I'm guessing the point here is spending, not sipping.

Silly me. I thought it was about recognizing the fine products made by this highly regarded company.

Heather has posted at least one latte-making video in the past, pairing a LM GS3 with a Capresso Infinity grinder. (See this thread.) You could argue that enough milk and/or ice cubes hides a lot of sins...

'how to be a proper barista'.
'the more coffee the more taste, which is very good for espresso'
well the only words that rush out of my lips are ... actually not very polite.

Now it's the times they are a changin'. From 'a few hints from Heather Perry' to 'A few hints for Heather Perry'.
Pour the espresso to a lukewarm water and only then add the ice. How to make a delicious americano...

The whole thing is extremely LAME. I guess you can sell your good name to anyone who will pay enough, but what does that make you worth afterwords? Not only that, but Klatch sent me the link to this video in one of their regular promotional emails. If I were them, I would not have alerted my regular customers to the existence of this thing.

Yes... it is!

Yet it just picked to my emotions because I like americanos, and because we're having extreme weather for last two weeks (yet it's getting even more airless lately) I took my chances and made some iced americanos with Vivaldi triples... just these last days:

despite not liking cold coffee drinks before...

What a coincidence!

In defense of Heather, how would you make an iced americano under 2 minutes and explain what you're doing to an uneducated audience?

I've got a remark for the idiot who filmed it.
It's extremely tiresome to look at because they change camera positions every 3 seconds, making it only slightly less epilepsy inducing than rgb.swf

I wonder why she bothers to warm the shot glasses (and even make a remark about it) when she immediately dumps the coffee into ice water...
