Although espresso probably counts as unfiltered and therefore has the increased LDL attached to it. I think there was a thread a couple years ago.

It doesn't affect everyone that way. My numbers have dropped since I started drinking unfiltered coffees/espresso with no other diet or lifestyle changes. The more espresso I drink the better they get.

Yup. Or to put it another way: I don't know my numbers, but I will know when my number's up....

We seem to know more and more about length of life and less and less about living it....
