Following the article List of our Favorite Roasters on FAQ and Favorites, it was interesting to have such a list for unroasted coffee.
Currently Im buying the coffee roasted and unroasted in a local roaster Ouro d'lis (PT 39.753972, -8.819216) . He sells only a blend mainly of Arabica and no more info. Its good, but I wish to try out different stuff.
Although I'm from Europe the list can be extended to all continents.

Since you live in Europe maybe you should check Nordic Approach for green beans. They have extremely high quality standards. I suppose you can't get better than that.
Though I'm not a home roaster myself, but if I were I might also look at the huge selection from HasBean if I needed some greens...
For something perhaps more easy on the pocket, I might look at Ongebrand.
Hope this helps.
