What are you serving for the holidays?

I'm just curious how everyone might be getting creative with pairing a single bean or blend to all the big sweet, spice, and umami holiday flavors. Also how do you plan on brewing it?

I just threw together a blend. I haven't had too much success with blending but something at least decent tends to come out. I also chose to blend to get a little broader spectrum of flavors to try and produce more of a crowd pleaser. I plan on brewing this as espresso.

Coffee Shrub's Nicaragua Mozonte - Un Regalo de Dios Maragoype, my first Maragoype. Wish they had more.

It's got really nice spicy root beer notes, leaning towards cinnamon, it's making a really nice winter coffee for me.

And a few seconds into 2nd crack is making a nice SO espresso with the best looking shots I've pulled on the lever so far.
