Sorry, that was a lazy way of saying:
the ideal profile for a bean is what it is. Given a particular bean, and your roaster's ability, you will need to tweak your batch size in order to achieve that profile. This usually means going to smaller batches for most home roasting equipment, but I'm not familiar with your roaster.

Reaching 1C and total roast time are just two points along the roast profile. Important ones for sure, but you could hit those two points and vary the rest, and you could have a substantially different final product.
