Tried roasting in a ceramic "japanese style" roaster for the first time. Results while not bad, seem like they could be improved. Any tips out there? Was thinking that I might want to let the roaster heat up before adding the beans?

I've never used one of those roasters but I can't imagine that you wouldn't want it between 350F and 400 when you tossed the beans in, then, you know, shoot for the usual milestones and times, 5 till yellow, 8-12 till first crack, then, you know, 2-4 more minutes. The pic looks great.
