Stoker Roaster [added final video of roast]

Very nice little roaster , I also researched these to my wits end and due to cost made my own.
I have roasted 5# on this one and I am still in the figure it out stages. to date there a great project and this one was $2,000.00 all in
just thought I would share some options?

yes the stoker has the thermocouples and there for the fire side at up to 500 degrees so why not dual purpose the unit!!!!

the stoker is a great little unit and works well, I have a Big green egg and a
Pitmaker Vault smoker.

the coffee roaster was out of being cheap !!!

I could not see spending the 8K in that I wanted a 2 kilo unit and this one fits the bill
