Requesting knowledge, opinions and experiences regarding the advantages/disadvantages using Halogen heaters in the Stir Crazy/Convection oven.

My friend Peter from Milwaukee has inspired me to start the process of purchasing the necessary equipment to replace my Popper 1 to get greater loads. Just looking for meaningful advice.

I loved my SC/TO roaster. When I bought my new one I found it very difficult to dismantle the Turbo Crazy. I had a lot of fun setting it up and getting it to work properly.
