Roaster Repair and Maintenance

Hello,
I've read and learned lots reading various posts on here, but now I am in need of a little help so hear is my 1st post!
Recently I purchased a second hand Toper Cafemino (electric) and currently I'm in the process of cleaning it up piece by piece.
I've managed to source food grade high temp grease for the main bearings so they are in a better shape now but now my next issue is locating a suitable lubricant for the reducer gearbox for both the drum motor and the cooling mixer motor.
The manual that came with the roaster gives me a oil spec (Synthetic oil ISO VG 320) but all I seem to be able to find are 25 liter drums, slightly more than needed! Does anyone have an idea of other suitable oils or ones they have used, hopefully in smaller quantities also?
Any help or advice would be much appreciated,
Ben
