All,
Ok I'd like to really give it a shot at coffee roasting AGAIN! Though I discovered coffee roasting about 4 years ago I have not done much of it. Life got in the way. Well life has settled down a bit and I want to try to really roast some good beans. Before I just got the beans brown and called it good. So..
I'd like to get a few pounds of beans from each coffee producing country(The Americas, Africa, Indonesia and Asia, etc..)and was wondering if anyone could suggest certain coffees from Sweet Marias list of coffees. I'd like the beans to be typical of the country so I can try to get a 'taste' for what each country's coffee is about.
Also looking for a regular espresso blend and a decaf. Preferably a decaf that is decent both straight and in milk drinks. We don't drink much decaf at all but I'd like to keep it on hand for guests and the everynowandthen late-night cappa.
FWIW I have a SC/TO and a poppery 1. Brewing methods include Quickmill Anita and various other pourover/French presses.
Appreciate any suggestions!
Thanks as always,
Ron
