Looking for some roast profile feedback

About a week into my new Hottop 8828P-2K and looking for feedback on the following two roast profiles, both washed Ethiopians. Overall, compared to what I was getting w/ the Behmor, I'm happy w/ the ROR decline, the ability to charge at a higher temperature, and the quick cooldown (not shown). However, I've still having some flat RORs and/or small upticks in ROR. Any advice? The first roast only has a moisture loss of 12.4%, so I suspect it's going to taste pretty flat. The second roast was 16% loss. These graphs are self made as I haven't connected Artisan to my Hottop yet. Any advice from more experienced Hottop users to get my roast time nearer 11 minutes, 1Cs at 8.5 min, and ROR w/o the flat spots? Display T, on the graphs, is just the temperature of the external display, most closely associated to ET, I suspect. Thanks
