Only by accident perhaps. Today it's finding more balance, with vanilla and oak overtones, very subtley complimenting the fruit. The jar of beans smelled overwhelmingly potent when I cracked it open today, they had still been degassing a bit. Very pleased on this late bloomer. I would never had guessed.

The Geisha is set for a Wednesday trial I hope.
Fresh out of the roaster: SM Ethiopian Yirg Grade 1, Compass Ethiopian Sidama
