I would love to read more reviews of both the Kaldi Classic and Fortis. They look like very interesting alternatives to the Huky.

What burner is recommended for those roasters ?

Strange, the details picture for the Fortis says "Built in of adapter" and it definitely looks different from the Classic, which says "adapter jack." See my first post in this thread for those pictures. Is the picture wrong?

That might be an excellent question for seinnnetATgmailDOTcom.

I asked that question to Seinn tech and they sent me this link:

I also would love some reviews, there is a first look about the fortis on this site, but not a real review. I even pm'ed the fortis owners of that thread, but got no response.

Google Translate tells me that stove is Kobe Aluminum High Power Range / Gas Burner / Coba.

I also PM'd the two Fortis users with no reply. Neither has been active lately.

There are probably lots of Korean users. I wonder how we could tap into that wisdom. Maybe Seinn Technology could direct us.

Maybe we should start a Kaldi users group!

I would imagine Mr Li's Huky burner would also be a nice fit for the Kaldi.

Sorry, assumed you were referring to the difference in voltage/cycle.
