I use a steaming insert pot from the kitchen, the kind with holes in the bottom. I set this into the top of a closed cardboard box, with a circular cutout to accept the pot. At the bottom of the box I cut a port for a shop vac hose. This crude assembly has worked well for years, and fully cools 1/2 to 1 pound in a couple of minutes.
