Does anyone know, how many different versions there are for the Hottop KN-8828B-2K in the 220V-240V range (my country uses 230V)?

According to the info on the Hottop USA website both the P-2 & B-2 models are available in 110 V, 120 V, 220 V, 230 V, 240 V versions.

I just ordered a Hottop KN-8828B-2K 230 V to Norway. Still waiting for it to arrive though

Before you decide which one to get, it might be worthwhile to do a check on the actual voltage at the outlet you intend to use. 230v is a nominal standard in the EU, but there is a +10%/-6% variance allowed.happyvalentina wrote:Does anyone know, how many different versions there are for the Hottop KN-8828B-2K in the 220V-240V range (my country uses 230V)?
Historically, different countries had slightly different nominal voltages, varying from 220 to 250 so this allows a standard without anyone having to change anything ;o)
Not sure what the voltage in Denmark was before this "standardisation" I just checked the voltage at the outlet charging this laptop - 246.6v, although it can go as high as 250, possibly because I'm only about 300m from the local power substation. Historically, voltage here was a nominal 240.
You can get a cheap plug in device that will monitor this for you.

My voltage has been pretty stable around 230V in my entire roasting career (10+ years)

Same deal over here; actual voltage depends on your location. Ideally we should be seeing 240v at the breaker box main switch but we've never gotten more then 234v so only 117v at the normal outlets.
In order to get the roast times I wanted with the Hottop without going under a 227g load I started running the HT off of a Variac. Now it gets a minimum 120v at all times & I can push the voltage if needed.
