All of a sudden, my cooling arm stopped working. The arm spins fine by hand with the tray removed but the motor does not spin at the end of a roast cycle.

Anybody have an ideas on how to fix that?

Thanks.

Is the cooling fan working? I'd check for a loose connection.

Fan works and I resnugged the agitator lead on the board and no go.

I will contact HT for a new motor I guess.

Michael at hottop was very responsive. I got a new motor and swapped it out in about 15 minutes.

Back to normal.

+1 HotTop. Nice to see good customer service.
I like the machine. I fear 'just enough' engineering. Today's products are so very often planned obsolescence.
I'm hoping the machine I just purchased outlives me even if I do use it every three to four days. :)
