This one is SM's 2008 offering (not the one they just offered). I had only a pound of this and the result from this profile was quite good with no off tastes/aromas that I can detect(in espresso!) but I have a hunch this roast profile can be further optimized for better results.

Green weight: 150g, weight loss after roast: %14.28.
Dump @ 435F BT.
At 5+ days rest, I got dark raisins and dates, with the slightest winy hint, in both a shot and a 5oz cappuccino. Some faint dark cocoa aftertaste is there too but the grounds aroma was heavenly; with cool spices and dark fruit aromas. If I had more of this maybe I'd try roasting it a tiny bit lighter(dump@430-432) or go to 435 a bit faster(-20secs).

Note: if you compare this to my recent profile graphs, you'll notice this bean had a weak C1.
